Short Term REntal Property

Designing for short term renters is an opportunity to create a space that is highly stylized in efforts to appease to vacationers. These properties are intended to provide passive income to the owners and therefore the design process needs to keep the bottom line in mind. The Carriage House Rental renovation and design used a mix of vintage and mass produced new items to ensure that budget didn’t equal cookie cutter design. Replacing both the bathroom and the kitchenette required a bit more investment but ensured that the areas most used by renters would be up to date and require little maintenance.
