Modern Tudor
THENOWFOREVER specializes allowing the character and story of a home to integrate seamlessly into modern design and function. This full renovation kitchen/wet bar/ butler’s pantry project is a perfect marriage between old world and new. From the design of the steel window to including the library ladder, this kitchen is full of bespoke character while integrating the most current design ideals and functionality. This project is projected to be finished late 2021 so stay tuned as this kitchen is going to make your jaw drop.
Carriage House BNB
More people are unlocking the passive income potential of using part of their home as a short term rental space. On this project we have been given free reign to design a space full of style while on a budget that will allow the financial investment to be recouped quickly. The design of this gut renovation stays true to the historic character of the building while feeling modern, fresh and comfortable.
Roadside tavern meets mid century
This home is very special in that the heart of it dates to the eighteenth century yet it was blessed with spacious mid century additions of a kitchen, living room, pool and pool house. The dining room harkens back to the days when people would welcome weary travelers into their homes for a drink and a meal. Finding ways to weave together this historic character with the light and bright living the additions provide has been a focus of this project. Each room in a home should feel unique yet part of an integrated whole . It’s in respecting and balancing the multifaceted character of a space with the personality and style of the homeowners where the true magic happens.
